1. Eligibility: You must be 18+ to use this platform. Use of VPNs, proxies, or bots to complete tasks is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeit of earnings.
2. Rewards: Points are earned through third-party providers (Timewall, CPX Research). SolPulse reserves a portion of the total revenue to cover Solana transaction fees (gas), liquidity, and server maintenance. The remaining 25% (or 50% for VIPs) is converted to SOL and sent to the user.
3. Network Fees: As noted in our "Rent" policy, empty Solana wallets require a one-time initialization. SolPulse is not responsible for transactions that fail due to insufficient wallet balance to cover network rent.
4. Liability: We are not liable for any losses due to Solana network congestion, smart contract failure, or third-party offerwall disputes.

1. Data Collection: We do not collect names, emails, or physical addresses. Your identity is your Solana wallet address. We use Google Analytics and StatCounter to monitor site traffic and performance.

3. Transparency: All payouts are processed on the public Solana blockchain. By receiving a payout, your wallet address and the transaction amount become part of the public ledger.

How does the 5-Day VIP Streak work?
Everyone starts at the base 25% payout rate. If you complete and withdraw at least one task for 5 consecutive days, your account is upgraded to the VIP 50% rate. You will earn double rewards! However, if you miss a single day of withdrawing, your streak is broken, and you will reset back to the 25% base rate. You must withdraw daily to maintain your VIP status.
Why is my first withdrawal pending in the vault? (Solana Rent)
Unlike Bitcoin, Solana requires "Rent" to keep a wallet address open on the ledger. If your wallet is brand NEW or EMPTY, it needs about 0.00089 SOL (~$0.08) to initialize. But don't worry—if you withdraw less than this live network fee, your funds are NOT lost. They are safely stacked in your SolPulse Pending Vault. Once your vault crosses the dynamic threshold (approx. $0.08), our system automatically pays the network rent and sends your full balance directly to your wallet!
What are chargebacks?
A chargeback occurs when an Offerwall provider (TimeWall or CPX) reverses a payment after it has been issued. This usually happens if they detect fraudulent activity, VPN usage, or if you fail their internal quality "trap" questions. If a provider issues a chargeback, the corresponding SOL amount is deducted from your pending vault balance.
Is this real SOL?
Yes. We send actual Solana to your wallet. You can verify every hash in our "Verified Proof" section above.
Where does the revenue come from?
Advertisers pay for task completion. We convert that revenue into SOL and pass the total value directly to you.
What is the withdrawal limit?
There is no minimum payout from our faucet. If you have points, you can withdraw them immediately.

If a payout is over $10 it will require a manual 24hr-72hr review.
